Who We Are

At Fitness Evolution we believe getting healthy and fit shouldn’t have to be extreme, unpleasant or punishing. Your body and needs are unique and a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t fit. We train each client according to their current fitness level and ability and help them reach their goals.

We know group workouts are more fun and being in a community of like-minded people helps you succeed. But we also know many group workouts are too large to provide detailed instruction or make sure participants are using proper form. There can be a high risk for injury.

Our goal was to take the personalization provided when working with a trainer one-on-one and put that together with the fun, motivating energy of a group. That's how Small Group Personal Training was born.

Health and fitness is not a 30 Day Program or a 7 Day Diet. It is an ever evolving journey. With each workout or meal you have the chance to learn, grow and change. And we’re here to help guide you.

True results aren't about a number on a scale or a pant size. They are about the freedom to live life without hesitation.

Our Goals:

Our Philosophy:

  • We don’t put square pegs in round holes; not every exercise is right for every client.

  • Most people will need a lot of the same exercises.

  • First know WHAT (the goal) then ask WHY (the goal behind the goal) then determine HOW (the programming).

  • We use a joint-by-joint approach to training.

  • We train each joint to function in the way it was intended.

  • Build from the ground up: mobility and stability first, then movement, then load.

  • To provide education, support and encouragement that empowers clients to act.

  • To serve as each client’s accountability partner, mentor and friend.

Our System is Unique, Because You Are

Our approach to Personal Training is founded on the belief that each client is unique. We provide customized workouts in a Small Group setting.

Each client relationship starts with a detailed consultation. During the consultation we identify three things:

1) What you hope to accomplish through training.

2) What makes you and your body unique.

3) Your Personal Roadmap to achieve results.

We take each client from where they are to where they want to go with a program created uniquely for them.

Each new prospective client is put through a Movement Screen to help us identify their unique strength and weaknesses.

We then develop a customized program based on that person’s fitness level and goals. Each client has a program created just for them, while enjoying the motivation and fun of a group setting.

Your Small Group sessions starts with a warm-up series designed to improve the way your body moves by increasing flexibility and emphasizing proper alignment. These exercises are going to help you avoid injury and have less chronic pain.

As we age, we lose the ability to generate power, and even a 45-year-old who works at a desk needs to be able to move quickly and purposefully. That’s why we include power exercises in every workout. Not only does this help you stay quick on your feet, it also fires up your brain, muscles and lungs and gets you ready to crush your workout!

We believe every exercise in your program should have a purpose, so our strength training is built around exercises that make you stronger, more resilient and more confident.

Our system is unique, combining five pillars of fitness: mobility, stability, power, strength and endurance for complete results.
