OUR POLICIES

Our goal at Fitness Evolution is that every client get the most out of his/her membership. It is in our interest as well as a client’s that he/she attend class on a regular basis. For that reason we observe the following policies with all clients.

  • Sessions not canceled at least 6 hours in advance will be forfeited and are not available for make-up unless a waitlisted party was able to attend the session.

  • Allotted sessions must be used within a client’s contract term period. Unused or missed sessions will roll over into subsequent months for clients under a contract term, but not month-to-month terms.

  • Holds will be permitted if a client is unable to attend sessions due to vacation, illness, injury or personal reasons for more than two weeks. Client must notify Fitness Evolution in a timely manner and holds will not be applied retroactively.

  • Fitness Evolution makes every attempt to ensure clients attend the allotted sessions each month, but it is up to the client to reserve and attend class. No refunds will be given for unused or missed sessions.

All policies are subject to exceptions at the discretion of Fitness Evolution.
