OUR POLICIES

Our goal at Fitness Evolution is that every client get the most out of his/her membership. For that reason we observe the following policies with all clients.

  1. We require 6 hours notice of cancelation or class will be forfeited. We understand life happens, but canceling well in advance when possible gives another person the chance to take your spot. Late Cancels and No Shows cannot be made up.

  2. You may reserve a class up until two hours prior to class start time. This way the trainer has adequate time to plan and prepare for your workout.

  3. You can contact us by phone or text at 614-636-5267, or through the My Coach app.

  4. You do not need to ask for a make-up if you miss one of your weekly allotted attendances. Simply schedule it another week in the future. If you need a pause for having to miss more than a week of classes, submit a Hold Request via the form here: https://forms.gle/2ufvGrS6WRfFYA5f9

  5. Holds are limited to 30 days except in special circumstances.

  6. Holds cannot exceed 90 days except in special circumstances.

  7. All sessions must be used within contract term period.

  8. If you arrive early for class, you are welcome to hang out in the lobby, but please and do not enter the studio and start warming up until 5 minutes before class.

  9. In order to ensure sessions end on time, no new sets will be started if there are less than 10 minutes remaining in the session hour. All clients must begin stretching no later than the 50 minute mark of the session time. If a client arrives/starts the workout late, the coach will omit some exercises to ensure client finishes the session on time.

  10. Headphones and bare feet are not permitted during Small Group Training sessions. 

All policies are subject to exceptions at the discretion of Fitness Evolution.
