Still Have Questions About Getting Started?

Let's talk about your goals and see if Fitness Evolution is the right fit for you.

Getting Started & Fit

How is Fitness Evolution different from a traditional gym or group fitness class?

At Fitness Evolution, you get the personal attention of one-on-one training with the motivation and support of a small group.

Our sessions have no more than eight clients, and each person follows a training program designed around their goals, abilities, and experience.

Our coaches guide you through every workout, help with technique, make adjustments when needed, and track your progress.

You get the structure and personal attention of personal training without having to figure everything out on your own.

Is Fitness Evolution specifically for people over 40?

Fitness Evolution specializes in helping adults in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond build strength, improve mobility, and stay active.

We understand that your fitness needs, goals, and priorities may be different from when you were younger.

Our focus is on helping you get stronger, move better, and build a sustainable exercise routine that supports the activities you enjoy.

Do I have to be in shape before I start?

Not at all. We work with a wide range of fitness and experience levels. Your

program starts at a level appropriate for you and progresses as you become

stronger and more confident.

What happens when I first join?

Before your first workout, we'll learn more about your goals, exercise history,

health background, and any injuries or limitations we should know about.

We'll use that information to prepare your program.

What if I have an injury or medical condition?

Please tell us before you begin. In many situations we can adjust your

training around an injury or limitation. Depending on your circumstances,

we may also ask for medical clearance or coordinate with your

healthcare provider.

What qualifications do your coaches have?

All Fitness Evolution coaches hold personal training certifications through nationally accredited certification programs.

In addition, every coach completes our internal training program, the Fitness Evolution Academy, where they learn our coaching methods and standards.

Our team also participates in weekly staff education and ongoing professional development to continuously improve the coaching experience we provide.

Workouts & Coaching

How does your training program work?

Our training takes place in small groups of up to eight clients, with a coach guiding every session.

Your workouts are designed around your goals, abilities, and experience. We focus on full-body strength and mobility training that progresses as you get stronger.

Your coach tracks your progress, monitors the weights you're using, and makes adjustments as needed.

Our programs follow a structured progression, so you're consistently building on what you've accomplished rather than doing random workouts each time.

How long are the workouts, and are they full-body?

Each training session lasts 50 minutes and focuses on full-body strength.

Rather than training just one body part each day, we incorporate upper-body, lower-body, and core exercises to help you build strength for everyday movement and activities.

I've looked at the schedule; what do Strength 1, 2 and 3 mean?

We offer three different full-body strength workouts each week, labeled Strength 1, Strength 2, and Strength 3.

These aren't different fitness levels. Each workout focuses on different movement patterns to provide balanced strength training throughout the week.

If you train twice per week, we recommend choosing two different numbered workouts. If you train three times, you'll complete all three.

We generally recommend allowing a recovery day between strength-training sessions.

Do you have workouts I can do remotely?

Yes:

• We offer a library of recorded virtual workouts

• These are ideal for travel or busy weekends

Memberships & Pricing

How much does membership cost?

Fitness Evolution provides personalized small-group training, combining expert coaching and individualized programming with the value and support of a small group.

Memberships range from $170 to $445 every four weeks, depending on your training frequency and membership option.

Most clients benefit from training two or three times per week, and we can help you choose a membership that fits your goals and schedule.

How does billing work?

Memberships are billed every four weeks rather than by individual workout.

Your membership rate depends on how often you choose to train—one, two, or three times per week—and your membership term.

We offer both month-to-month and 12-month membership options, so you can choose the arrangement that works best for you.

What if I am not sure what membership is right for me?

That's completely fine. If you'd like help deciding how often to train or whether

Fitness Evolution is appropriate for your goals, schedule, or needs, you can talk

with us before making any decision.

Can I pause my membership if something changes?

We understand that sometimes life happens. Membership holds are

available for qualifying circumstances and periods. We'll explain the

details before you join, and you're always welcome to ask us about your

specific situation.

Scheduling & Flexibility

How does scheduling work?

Sessions are reserved through our app, so you aren't locked into attending the exact

same time every week. You can choose from available sessions that work with your

schedule and membership frequency.

Do I have to attend the same day and time every week?

No. Many clients develop a regular routine, but you can choose from available sessions

throughout the week.

What if I need to miss a workout?

Your membership gives you a set number of sessions during each four-week

membership period. If your schedule changes, you can move your reservation

to another available session during that period.

Additional Support

Can you help me with nutrition?

Yes. We provide practical, habit-based nutrition guidance to support your fitness goals.

Depending on your needs, we can help with consistency, and developing healthier daily habits. We also offer occasional nutrition workshops and short-term programs.

We don't provide medical nutrition therapy, but we can help you build sustainable habits that support your training and overall well-being.
